General

• Membership to evolve programme is open to all TATA.ev owners and the criteria will be specified from time to time by tata passenger electric mobility limited (TPEM).
• TPEM reserves the right to extend or withdraw invitations for membership without assigning any reasons
• evolve programme will be an on-going loyalty programme for customers of TATA.ev ( Nexon.ev , Tiago.ev, Tigor.ev)
• the membership is valid till such time, the customer is a registered owner of a TATA.ev cars ( Nexon.ev , Tiago.ev, Tigor.ev)
• In case of a decision on closure of the programme, TPEM will inform the members at least 1 month in advance.
• TPEM reserves the right to alter the programme at any point of time, and the decision of TPEM shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the programme.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.
• past members who have been part of the evolve activities, will be enrolled directly on the new platform

Membership & tiering

• All participating wholesalers will need to enrol online at
  http://evolve.tatamotors.com.
• TPEM reserves the right to decline membership to any customer it may deem appropriate.
• The membership activation will be upon confirmation of the customers’ details (VIN/ registration).
• The membership is valid for as long as the programme is still operational.

Rewards & redemption

• The programme rewards would be decided by TPEM, and it reserves the right to discontinue any reward, and such a decision would be at its sole discretion.
• A member can only redeem his rewards/ benefits as per the rules laid out in the ‘benefits terms & conditions’.

• Terms and Conditions for offers released through EVOLVE Concierge for Hotel, Travel & Vacation Planning, Curated Experiences & Gifting
  • All offers are valid until 30th April 2024 or as specified.
  • The Owner needs to call EVOLVE Concierge (details provided herein)to avail of the concierge assistance and associated offers and benefits.
  • Unless otherwise stated by the respective Participating Merchant partner, the benefits as mentioned herein above cannot be used or redeemed in combination with any other discounts or promotions or vouchers or special events and is also not valid on the Blackout Dates i.e. – 14th Feb, 24th Dec, 25th Dec and 31st Dec and/or any other dates decided by the respective Participating Merchant partner.
  • All offers have validity dates. Please call the concierge to learn more about the offers and validity dates.
  • The benefits offered are subject to change/withdrawal without prior notice.

  • All queries, complaints and issues related to the offer should be directed to EVOLVE Concierge which provides concierge services to TATA EV Owners.
  • The EVOLVE Concierge offers and the terms and conditions related thereto are specific to India and governed by Indian laws alone. All and any disputes in connection herewith are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.

• Proposed Terms and Conditions EVOLVE Concierge Airport Assistance Privileges
  • EVOLVE Concierge will manage the end-to-end airport meet and assist process for Owners.
  • The rates shared are exclusive of GST and all taxes.
  • Rates for International Airports are indicative and are subject to change due to FX or any last-minute rate change by airports.
  • The exhaustive list of airports along with the packages can be made available at the time of agreement.

• Owners will be required to send in their request for booking at least 72 hours before the travel date. They will receive agent details on the day of travel, 1 to 2 hours before service.
• In case of urgent requests, Express Charges will be applicable.
• EVOLVE Concierge will take all the required information from the Owner for availing MAAS such as Flight details, Name, Mobile no., etc.
• Elaborate TnC’s for concierge process for booking will be shared at the time of agreement.

• Proposed Terms and Conditions EVOLVE Concierge Wellness Privileges`
  • Owner access for the teleconsultation with the doctor will be facilitated through the Participating Merchant i.e.service provider of the EVOLVE Concierge.
  • All consultations will be on an appointment basis to enable smooth and qualitative interaction.
  • Requests for appointments will be enabled over email and phone at the EVOLVE Concierge.
  • Owner’s verification and identity check will be validated by the EVOLVE Concierge when scheduling an appointment.
  • Once an appointment is booked, the Participating Merchant shall reach out to the Owner directly through SMS and if payment is required to be taken, the Owner will pay via the payment link provided by the EVOLVE Concierge Desk which will be sourced from the Participating Merchant.
  • Provider Terms & Conditions will be as follows:

• The Teleconsultation service by the Participating Merchant will include Video (Video on chat platforms) or Audio (Phone, App-based calling platforms etc.) teleconsultations as per the owner's preference.
• As the Owner's consent is necessary for any telemedicine consultation, in this case, it will be implied consent as the patient is initiating the request for teleconsultation. A disclaimer with the details regarding the terms of the agreement for teleconsultation will be accepted by the owner at the time of slot booking.
• Owners may consult with an RMP for diagnosis and treatment of his/her condition or for health education and counselling which will be “First Consult”. Owners may use this service for a “Follow-up Consult” consultation on their ongoing treatment with the same RMP who prescribed the treatment in an earlier in-person consult or with a new RMP.
• During the tele-consultation, Physicians will gather sufficient medical information about the owner’s condition (history / medical findings / Investigation reports / past records etc.) required to exercise proper clinical judgment.
• Exclusions: Emergency Medical Services, Services outside India, any advice regarding obstetrics, pre- or postnatal care, gynaecology issues, mental health, or any other health condition that in the doctor's view needs a physical assessment or further investigations etc. not in scope.

• Proposed Terms and Conditions EVOLVE Concierge Golfing Privileges
  • All rates are excluding GST.
  • The rates are subject to change with prior notice of 15 days.
  • All public holidays will be considered as the weekend and weekend charges will apply.
  • Processing Fees – INR 350 will be charged for all the bookings under the 07 clear days booking window, for less than 07 clear days (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) window extra INR 150 processing fee will be charged.
  • Booking Window – 07 clear days (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) in advance prior to the date of play which doesn’t include the date of request and date of play. Owners can book upto a maximum of 30 clear days prior to play date.
  • Cancellation/Amendment window - 03 clear days in advance prior to the date of play which doesn’t include the date of cancellation and date of play.
  • Short Notice Cancellation: All such short notice booking cancellations will be fully charged to TATA EV Owner i.e. less than 03 clear days before the date of play which doesn’t include the date of short notice cancellation and the date of play.
  • No-show at the golf club- All such bookings wherein there is no-show at the golf club, the bookings will be fully charged to TATA EV Owner and no refund will be done
