How can I avail the benefits of the program?

  • Verify and submit the form.
  • Once the person you invited purchases a Tata EV successfully, you become eligible for the benefit.

The Grand Prize is an exciting benefit! The top advocate with the highest number of successful invitations will be eligible for the Grand Prize. There will be three options available for the inviter to choose from. Once you qualify for the Grand Prize, we'll share the detailed information with you.

What is the Grand Prize?

The Grand Prize in the TATA EV Inviting Program is awarded to the top advocate with the most successful invitations. As the winner, you'll have three options to choose from. Once eligible, you'll receive detailed information about the exclusive global experience, which may include a trip to Machu Picchu and Easter Island, an Iceland Tour, or Grand Slam Tickets.

I received the voucher, how do I redeem it?

To redeem the all-day dining experience, simply visit the participating restaurants across IHCL properties and redeem the experience directly.For the Signature Taj dining experience, which is personally curated, you need to book the tables 72 hours before the experience. To schedule your booking, call us at 1800-266-3080, and we will help you reserve the experience.

I was not able to register the details on the website. What can be the reasons?

Can I transfer or gift this benefit to someone else?

No, the benefits offered under the program are non-transferrable and cannot be gifted to others.

Can I convert the reward into cash?

Unfortunately, the benefits cannot be converted into cash. They are designed to provide you with an exclusive experience that's unique and cannot be replaced with monetary value.

Special Terms

Participant
  • The ‘EV Referral Program’ hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme” is open to all Indian residents who are registered owners of Tata Nexon EV (Prime or Max), Tiago EV and Tigor EV (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tata EV’); (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Eligible Customers”).
  • To participate in the Scheme, referee of the Eligible Customers must purchase a Tata EV and register it during the Scheme Period.
  • Participant cannot refer himself/herself (referee) to become eligible for the benefits under the scheme.
  • The scheme will be valid in the all the cities and towns across India.
Scheme Period
  • Valid till 01st March’24. Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd. (“Company”) reserves the right to change, modify, curtail or discontinue the Scheme or any terms and conditions of the Scheme without any notice or justification.
  • To participate in the scheme the Participant will have to visit our website (ev.tatatmotors.com/evolve) and furnish complete details including name, registered mobile number, registered email address, car chassis number etc. as required in the registration form.
Eligibility
  • Participants upon whose reference, referee purchases and registers a new Tata EV during the scheme period shall be the ‘Successful Participant’ under the Scheme for the purposes of availing Benefit(s).
  • Employees of Tata Motors group companies, dealers, service providers etc. shall not be eligible to participate in the Scheme.
  • Only upon receiving complete and correct details and completing all other formalities under the Scheme, the Successful Participants will be eligible to participate in the Scheme and receive the assured benefit.
Rewards/Benefits

Under the Scheme following two types of Benefits shall be available to the Successful Participants. The Successful Participants shall be eligible for one Assured Benefit (“Base Benefit”) and a chance to get Grand Benefit depending on the number of referrals he/she makes during the Scheme Period. All Benefits are subject to T&C of the reward distribution Partner Company.

Base Benefit
  • IHCL Dinning Experience redeemable at select hotels. Details of the hotels etc. are mentioned in Schedule A herewith.
  • Participation in the Grand Benefit- all Successful Participants shall also get a chance to get Grand Benefit. The winner of the Grand Benefit shall be Benefited with an International Tour Package, details of which is mentioned in Schedule A enclosed herewith.

Process of selection of the winner of Grand Benefit

Process

Base Benefit
  • TPEM to compile the list of customers with the maximum referrals
  • In case of a single owner with the highest referral ; The benefit shall be extended to them directly
  • In case he declines, we move to the next customer in the order of highest referral
  • In case of multiple owners with highest referrals(Tie), Company shall conduct a lucky draw using online software ( https://luckydraw.me/)
  • Winner of the lucky draw shall be declared as the winner of Grand Benefit.
Exclusion

The Grand Benefit is not available to the Successful Participants of Tamil Nadu. However, Successful Participants of Tamilnadu shall be eligible to the Base Benefit under the Scheme.

Claims in respect of Benefits/Benefits (Base Benefit and Grand Benefit) shall be subject to verification of customers by the Company. Participant acknowledges and accepts that the decision of the Company with regard to the Benefits, Benefit, process of Benefit allocation, lucky draws or for any other matter related to this Scheme shall be final and unquestionable.

Benefits/Benefit under the Scheme are not allowed to be replaced or encashed or transferred.

Benefits and benefits under both the categories as mentioned in Schedule A are the only benefits company shall provide to the Eligible/Successful Participants. Any other direct/additional/consequential expenses, arrangement or facility etc., if not mentioned specifically in Schedule A, shall not be provided by the Company and shall have to be borne/arranged by the Eligible Participants only.

Company shall not be responsible of Passport or Visa availability of the Successful Participant and/or their companion and the same shall have to be arranged by the Participant only.

If for any reason, Participant is unable to avail the Base Benefit or Grand Benefit, Company shall not be responsible for the same.

Eligible Participant cannot claim or demand any replacement/alternative Benefit or cash value in place of the Benefit mentioned hereinabove.

Successful Participant shall avail the Benefits/Benefits under the Scheme at their own risk and consequences. Company shall not be liable for any bodily or property loss to the Participants and/or their companion due to any reason arising out of or in relation to this Scheme or Benefits/benefits therein.

Participants and their companion are advised to take appropriate insurance policy to cover any risk of loss of property or life etc. arising out of or in relation to the Benefits/Benefits under the Scheme.

Winner of the Grand Benefit and their companion shall have to execute separate undertakings and consent forms in favour of the Company discharging it from any liability or consequences in relation to or arising out of this Scheme. Non submission of the undertaking as prescribed by the Company shall disentitle the Participant and/or their companion from the Grand Benefit.

Winner of the grand benefit and their companion shall have to share their images/videos to be promoted on Tata.ev social handles. In case the winner doesn’t want to share images, he won’t be eligible for the grand reward

Dispatch of Benefits

Base Benefit- Successful Participant shall be notified on their registered email ID/mobile no. regarding the allocation and details of the Benefit. Benefits shall be subject to the T&Cs of the gifting partner and that the same may be redeemed/used as per the T&Cs only.

Grand Benefit- Winner of the Grand Benefit shall be notified through email/phone call or through any other means. Winner will have to follow the instructions of the Company for taking the delivery of the Benefit. Any disagreement on the instructions/guidelines of the Company and/or the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme shall disentitle the Winner for the Benefit and that the Winner shall not have any claim whatsoever thereon.

The Benefits/Benefit under the Scheme is tentative and may be changed/replaced by the Company at any time during the Scheme Period at its sole discretion without having any obligation to notify the Participants in this regard.

Decision of the Company with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the Scheme shall be final and binding on the Participants. No correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard.

Use of Personal Information

By participating in the Scheme, the Participants (including the Winners and their companion) are deemed to have consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification, image, voice and/or likeness by the Tata Motors group of Companies and participating gifting partner companies for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation; and receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information through call, sms, email etc. from the Company from time to time.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the competent Court of Mumbai jurisdiction only.

No Claim Against the Company:
  • Benefits offered under the campaign is a purely promotional and goodwill offer to the existing customers of the Company and it does not create or confer any kind of right or entitlement on the customers against the Company.
  • Customer/Participant agrees that there shall be no claim, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, expenses, penalties, demands and liabilities, howsoever arising against the Company, Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and directors arising out of or in connection with the Scheme/Program/Campaign or related activities thereof.
General Terms
  • These terms and conditions (“T&C”) shall apply to the 2023 “EV Referral Program”/”the Scheme” of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited.
  • By registering or taking part in this Scheme, Customer/Participant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs and the decisions of the Company in relation to and in connection with this Scheme.
  • Non acceptance of any of these T&Cs will make the participant ineligible for the Scheme.
  • By entering the Scheme Participant confirms having understood the terms and conditions and any other instructions of the Company and accepts the same without any exception.
  • This scheme is not applicable on sale of TD vehicles, Government Vehicle, Fleet/Bulk sales (more than 2 vehicles), Taxi, CSD etc.
  • Scheme is open only for the registered personal owners of Tata EV as on 28th November, 2023.
  • Benefits/Benefits under the Scheme shall be subject to successful retail of vehicle to the referee and not to anybody else.
  • Company reserves the right to add, delete, modify or amend any of the Terms & Condition or to cancel or withdraw the offer anytime at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

SCHEDULE A

Benefits and benefits under both the categories as mentioned in Schedule A are the only benefits company shall provide to the Eligible/Successful Participants. Any other direct/additional/consequential expenses, arrangement or facility etc. including miscellaneous or out of pocket expense, if not mentioned specifically in Schedule A, shall not be provided by the Company and shall have to be borne/arranged by the Eligible Participants only.

Details of Benefits

The Benefits are divided into two buckets

  • Base Benefits which is applicable to all successful referrals as per the pre-defined slab rates
  • Grand Benefits – the referrer with the maximum converted referrals into sales will be awarded the grand Benefit.
    The successful participants will be called upon by Aspire lifestyle on behalf of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility and will be informed about their Benefit and the redemption process. E-vouchers to be shared on the registered email ID. The entire experience will be managed by Aspire Lifestyle (Partner Agency)

Taj All Day Dinning Voucher
  • This voucher entitles you to an inclusive meal for two persons at any of the participating All Day Dining restaurants in India.
  • The inclusive meal would either be a buffet or a three-course set meal at restaurants which do not offer buffets, along with soft beverages, for two persons.
  • To redeem this voucher please contact the participating All Day Dining restaurant directly. Prior reservation is mandatory for the use of this voucher, which must be must be presented at the time of redemption. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of making reservations.
  • This voucher is meant for single usage only, and is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Any other expenses, over and above the voucher inclusions, will be borne by the guest and will need to be settled directly at the restaurant at the time of voucher redemption.
  • This voucher is not applicable on blackout dates – 14th Feb, 24th Dec, 25th Dec and 31st Dec and/or any other promotional buffets/events/dates as decided by individual hotels.
  • This voucher is not applicable for Sunday Brunch.
  • This voucher is not valid across Bars or Lounges
  • This voucher cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing offers, discounts and other voucher.
  • The voucher cannot be combined for group dining – the same will be at discretion of outlet to allow multiple voucher usage at same time
  • This is a single use voucher and cannot be encashed or replaced if lost or stolen nor can it be renewed, exchanged against cash or clubbed with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  • Taj InnerCircle Points are not applicable against the purchase or redemption of this voucher.
  • Sale of vouchers is for institutional purpose only and not available for individual purchase. Re-sale of vouchers is not permitted.
  • This voucher is offered at the sole discretion of IHCL and the terms & conditions of this voucher can be altered by IHCL at its discretion at any time.
  • Any dispute pertaining to the use of this voucher shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Taj Dining Experience
  • This voucher entitles you to a complimentary meal for two persons at the participating Specialty restaurants, as mentioned below.
  • The complimentary meal would either be a four-course wine-paired set meal or a four-course set meal with Soft drinks/mocktails
  • Prior reservation is mandatory for the use of this voucher.
  • This voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • Reservations are subject to availability at the time of making the reservation.
  • This voucher is meant for single usage only and is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Any other expenses, over and above the voucher inclusions, will be borne by the guest and will need to be settled directly at the restaurant at the time of voucher redemption.
  • This voucher is not applicable on blackout dates – 14th Feb, 24th Dec, 25th Dec and 31st Dec and for any other promotional dates or events as decided by individual hotels.

Eligibility: The grand Benefit is exclusively available to participants who successfully refer and maximum referrals converted into sales during the specified program period.

Grand Benefit Description: The grand Benefit includes an international tour to one of the following destinations: Machu-Pichu, Iceland, or Wimbledon matches. The Benefit package covers accommodation, round-trip flight tickets, and the cost of the designated experience.

Travel Companions: The grand Benefit is applicable for a couple (two individuals). No additional individuals or companions (including babies/kids of any age) are included in the Benefit package

Breakfast Inclusion : The Benefit package includes daily breakfast during the tour.

Exclusion: All other expenses not explicitly mentioned in the grand Benefit description, such as visa fees, travel insurance, meals (other than breakfast), local transportation, personal expenses, and any other additional costs, are the sole responsibility of the Benefit winner. Travel within India from home city to travel start city to be managed by the winner.

Travel Itinerary and Booking : The travel itinerary and booking details will be arranged by the program organizers in consultation with the Benefit winner. The dates and availability of the tour will be subject to mutual agreement and availability.

Travel Restrictions : The grand Benefit is subject to applicable travel restrictions, including but not limited to government regulations, visa requirements, and COVID-19 related travel guidelines. The program organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Benefit winner's preferred travel dates, subject to the aforementioned restrictions.

Benefit Non-transferable : The grand Benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or any other alternatives.

Benefit Substitution : In the event that the specified destinations (Machu-Pichu, Iceland, Wimbledon matches) become unavailable or impractical due to unforeseen circumstances, the program organizers reserve the right to substitute the destination with an alternative of equal value and similar nature.

Prize Acceptance : The Benefit winner must accept the grand Benefit as awarded and may be required to sign a Benefit acceptance form or release of liability, as deemed necessary by the program organizers. Taxes and Duties: Any applicable taxes, duties, or other financial obligations arising from the acceptance of the grand Benefit are the sole responsibility of the Benefit winner. Liability: The program organizers and associated parties shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the grand Benefit experience.

Modification or Cancellation : The program organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the grand Benefit or any part thereof, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond their control.

Verification : The program organizers may require the Benefit winner to provide proof of identification, referrals, and any other necessary documentation to verify their eligibility and compliance with the referral program terms.
